Laser 2 Sailboat-Pristine cond-fully rigged

I have a 1982 Laser 2 white hull and deck Polaris (blue/white/purple sails Full option racing package with all cleats installed. I bought this boat in 1982 with great intentions to use it often. As it turned out I used it on Little Lake Sebago three summers during two week vacations and several times in Long Island Sound. I learned to sail on it but I never did become a real sailor. It has never been raced. For years I hoped to have enough time to use it, but it never happened. Now I?m not physically able to handle a boat like this. It has been garage all these years and hasn?t been used for 25 years. The condition is probably as close to new as you could find. The sails are in perfect condition with no fading, stains or discoloration. The spinnaker has one 2? x 2? patch to repair an abrasion where it caught on the hardware. The hull and gelcoat are bright white and have some minor abrasions as you might expect. There are a couple of slightly discolored patches where I suspect a mouse might have made a nest. I haven?t tried, but expect they could be removed with bleach. I have two turtle bags for storage and deployment of the spinnaker. One is pretty beat up. The other is brand new, but does not match the sails. There is a sail bag, Laser 2 carry-all bag for the rudder, tiller, dagger-board , and all sheets. I have all sheets and associated lines. Also included is a full deck cover that can be used with a stepped mast; I have an Aluminum Trailex trailer with new wheels and tires. It too is in pristine condition. I could take pictures, but, because of the condition I doubt they would show you more that the one picture I took from the brochure when I bought it. The price of the boat is $4,000 and does not include the trailer which is valued at $1,000. The boat price is not negotiable, but the trailer price is. It is located near Stamford, CT.
